These terms cover your use of BigBrainBP, operated by Foreign Famous Lifestyle LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
What the service is
BigBrainBP is a tool for rehearsing and running tournament ban-and-pick drafts. It is provided free of charge and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publisher.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for anything unlawful.
- Do not attempt to disrupt it, overload it, or gain access to parts of it you are not meant to reach.
- Do not use it to harass anyone, including through lobby codes or anything else you can type into it.
Game content
Game names, character names and character artwork are the property of their respective publishers and rights holders. They are used here to identify the games the tool supports. We claim no ownership of them. If you are a rights holder and want something removed, contact us and we will act promptly.
Availability
The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee it will be available, uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or withdraw it at any time. Drafts and lobbies may be deleted without notice, so do not rely on the service as a permanent record.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Foreign Famous Lifestyle LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, including any loss connected to a match or tournament.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the service means you accept the current version.
